Terms of Service
In short: a free trial hour, then a 30-day subscription that renews automatically. Cancel any time in the bot. You are responsible for what you send from your Threads account.
These terms apply to the Replyvero extension, our server and the Telegram bot @Replyverobot (together, "the service", "we"). By using the service you accept them and the Privacy Policy.
What Replyvero does
Replyvero is a Google Chrome extension for desktop. It finds relevant Threads conversations, picks posts by your criteria and uses AI to draft replies. Replies are sent from your Threads account: after you review them or, if you turn on autopilot, automatically with pauses and limits.
Replyvero is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Threads.
Account
Accounts are created through the Telegram bot. One Telegram account, one Replyvero account. One login works in up to three browsers at the same time. Do not share access with other people.
Free trial
The trial lasts 1 hour from your first sign-in to the extension and is given once per Telegram account. Trial plan limits apply.
PRO subscription
- The price is shown in the bot before you pay. The subscription lasts 30 days and renews automatically until you cancel it.
- Payments are processed by Tribute under its own terms.
- You can cancel any time in the bot under "My access". Access stays until the end of the paid period, and there are no further charges.
- If a renewal charge fails, Tribute retries it. If the retries fail too, the subscription is cancelled.
Refunds
If you could not use the service because of a fault on our side, contact support within 7 days of payment and we will refund that period. Otherwise a paid period is not refundable, but you can cancel the renewal at any time.
Referral program
A friend who joins through your link from the bot gets a discount on the first PRO month, and you get extra days of access for each of their payments. The discount and bonus are shown in the bot. Inviting yourself is not allowed. If we see abuse, bonuses may be revoked.
Acceptable use
- Follow the Threads rules and the laws of your country. Do not use the service for spam, deception, harassment or unlawful content.
- You are responsible for everything sent from your Threads account, including in autopilot mode.
- Automating actions goes against Meta's rules, so the risk of restrictions on your Threads account remains. Built-in limits, pauses and stopping at a Threads warning reduce this risk but do not remove it.
- We may suspend access if the service is used in breach of these rules.
AI replies
Drafts are written by a language model. They can be inaccurate or out of place, so review them before sending.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for restrictions Threads or Meta place on your account, or for lost profits. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last month of the subscription.
Changes
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and we announce significant changes in advance in the bot or the @replyvero channel.
