Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum Replyvero needs to work: your account, payments and the post texts you process. Post and reply texts are not stored on our server.
Replyvero is a Google Chrome extension, our server and the Telegram bot @Replyverobot (together, "the service", "we"). This page explains what data we receive, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Account. Login, password hash (we never store the password itself), plan, access period and sign-in sessions. A session lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out.
Telegram. When you message the bot, we receive your Telegram ID, name, username and app language. The bot uses them to grant access, take payments and answer questions. Support questions are forwarded to an operator in Telegram.
AI usage log. Request time, request type, model, token counts and cost. We need it for plan limits and abuse protection.
Payments. Payments are processed by Tribute. We receive the order number, amount, currency, status and your Telegram ID, plus your email if you entered it at checkout. Card details are handled by Tribute and are never available to us.
Post texts and your descriptions
The extension works only in its own Threads tab. To pick posts and write replies, it sends our server:
- the texts of the posts it found and their authors' names;
- your "What you promote" description, instructions and notes on your writing style;
- if you start a profile study yourself, samples of your own posts and replies.
The server passes these texts to an AI model provider (currently the Gonka network, through our relay server) and returns the result. Post, reply and description texts are not stored on our server. The only exception is the error log, which may keep a fragment of a model answer that came back malformed.
What stays in your browser
Settings, drafts, send history, posts, profile, funnel and the sign-in token are kept in the extension's storage in your Chrome. They are removed together with the extension or when you sign out.
The extension does not read other tabs or your browsing history. Its permissions are: settings storage, the side panel, running its own script on threads.com and threads.net pages, and requests to replyvero.com. The extension never receives or stores your Threads password.
Who we share data with
- The AI model provider: only the texts a particular request needs.
- Tribute: to take payments.
- Telegram: bot messages pass through Telegram.
- The hosting provider that runs our server.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising or pass it to data brokers. The use of information received by the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep data and how to delete it
Account data is kept while the account exists. One-time "Sign in with Telegram" codes are deleted after a day.
To delete your account and the data about it, message @Replyverobot "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days. Data in your browser is removed together with the extension.
Age
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top, and announce significant changes in the bot or the @replyvero channel.
